Server Monitoring and Support

Savio offers a range of products and services to ensure that your critical hardware appliances are always operating at maximum efficiency. Our monitoring services include tracking data usage and storage, automated alert response to peak performance and patch management. Savio develops individual plans for each customer’s unique network requirements.

Secure Remote Access

We can configure your network to enable authorised and secure remote access to your network. This will permit remote workers or technical support to work effectively.

Network Maintainence Plans

Savio has a range of ‘base’ services that enable our customers to reduce downtime and effectively address the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). These services address a range of security and maintenance requirements through a process that allows you to improve cash flow management and financial forecasting.

Anti Spam Services

Few New Zealand companies have remained unaffected by the cost of SPAM. Issues include loss of productive time, excessive internet billings, server overload and resultant downtime. Savio’s Anti Spam solution is tailored to your business and where necessary addresses staff training and the use of email applications. If needed we will enter into consultation with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and deploy Anti-Spam software.

Virus Protection

Anti-Virus solutions are no longer optional for any business. Offering protection against virus attacks and anti-spy ware functionality, our Anti Virus solution allows us to manage outbreaks, quarantine files and shut down specific processes. We also ensure that all devices on your network are updated with the most current pattern files available.

Project Management

Project management encompasses the definition and planning through to the subsequent control and conclusion of a project. Professional project management offers the following advantages:

Debriefing and Training

Once a new solution or system is implemented Savio provides a network configuration manual. This manual details fully all current settings, showing how the network is configured and set-up. The project manager will debrief the network administrator/s and advise on how to maintain maximum levels of performance.

Savio will design for you a Preventative Maintenance Contract which will cover the complete maintenance and ongoing support of your system. This will enable you to focus on your business instead of the supporting technology as well as protecting your investment.

Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance Contracts offer many benefits, least of all the prevention of the downtime of one of your most essential business tools – your computers. We recommend a minimum of 4hours per month, but are happy to give individual assessments.
